What the Pieces Become: A Reflective Mosaic Experience

Some things have to break before they can become something new. Join us at Black Hawk Brewery for a guided mosaic workshop, held in partnership with a cancer survivorship coach, for anyone in the middle of a hard season. You'll take something whole, break it safely, and rebuild it into a coaster or tile you keep, with gentle guided reflection along the way. Wednesday, September 30th, 7-9 PM. $60, all materials and guidance included.

About the event
This one is different from our usual craft night, and that's on purpose. This workshop pairs a hands-on mosaic project with gentle guidance from a cancer survivorship coach.
You'll break china — provided, or something of your own you'd like to smash — safely, using rubber mallets and a contained method built for safety. Then, piece by piece, you'll put it back together into a coaster or display tile that's entirely your own.
Along the way, your coach will offer questions and space to reflect on what it means to rebuild and reconnect to yourself through creative art. There's no pressure to share anything you don't want to. This is your process.
